We're a small, founder-led agency based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We started ClearScale because we watched local businesses — tradies, handymen, plumbers, sparkies — get ripped off by agencies charging thousands for websites that don't rank, leads that don't convert, and systems nobody knows how to use.
So we built a better way: smart websites, AI-powered follow-up, review funnels, and everything wired together so you stop losing jobs to missed calls and dead leads. One connected system. No lock-in contracts.
What we noticed — and why we started
We kept meeting tradies who were brilliant at their trade but invisible online. Great sparkies, plumbers and builders losing work to competitors with worse reviews and cheaper tools — simply because no one ever showed them how to get found and follow up fast.
Most had been burned before: a $5k website that never ranked, an “SEO guy” who went quiet after the invoice, leads that came in and went cold because nobody called back in time. The tools to fix it already existed — they were just scattered, overpriced, and built for marketers instead of tradies.
